

A woman of extraordinary warmth and compassion, Peggy was known for her selfless nature and her ability to make those around her feel seen and valued. Whether it was lending a hand to a friend in need, caring for her beloved dogs, or tending to her garden, she gave of herself with grace and humility. Her nurturing spirit and genuine concern for the well-being of others left a lasting impact on all who knew her. As a devout mother, Peggy was unwavering in her love and support for her son, always standing by him and encouraging him in every endeavor. She was his greatest cheerleader, and her belief in him was a constant source of strength.
Her love for dogs was another defining aspect of her life. Peggy found great comfort in the company of her furry friends, who were a constant reminder of her loving, gentle soul.
Peggy is the beloved wife of the late Franklin F. Kline, devoted mother of Mark Franklin Kline, dear sister of the late Richard Weller and William Weller. She is also survived by her caring neighbor Thomas Shaffer, her faithful dog Miss Lulu; cherished four-legged grandchildren Thunder and Rain along with many caring family and friends.

Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093, on Tuesday, March 25,2025 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm, where Celebration of Life Services will be held on Wednesday, March 26,2025 at 12:30 pm. Peggy will be deeply missed, but her legacy of care, kindness, and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
