Robert H. Jones, passed away on January 2, 2026 at the age of 94. He was the beloved husband of Nancy L. Jones for 73 years; loving father of The Rev. Sharon Watts and her late husband Herber Watts, and Robert Mark Harvey Jones, owner and director of the Baltimore School for Drumming; cherished grandfather of Jennifer Watts and great grandfather of Lena Helen Watts; dear brother of Dotty Burdyck and the late Richard Jones, Reba Stanley and Betty Lee Preston; also survived by other loving family and friends. Robert was a long time CPA and had his own business, Jones Advisory.
The family will receive friends at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road), Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 from 6pm until 8pm.
A funeral service will be celebrated at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 12400 Manor Road, Glen Arm, Maryland 21057 on Thursday January 8, 2026 at 1pm.
Interment in the adjoining cemetery.
