On July 5, 2011, RUTH HANKINS SCHMIDT, beloved wife of the late Joseph Earl Schmidt, Sr. and devoted mother of Joseph Earl Schmidt, Jr.; loving grandmother of Krista Marie Davis and her husband Christopher; and great-grandmother of Christopher Davis, Jr. and Emma Maryruth Davis. Also survived by her sister Penny Ewell and many nieces and nephews.
