Varsha M. Patel

Varsha M. Patel age 65 of Parkville, Maryland passed away on January 22, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on 12/28/1959 in Wichita, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Manubhai and Dhirajben Patel and her brother Mukesh Patel. She is survived by her siblings and their spouses: Rajendra and (Surekha) Patel, Mahesh and (Ranjana) Patel, Bhupendra and (Savita) Patel, and Hasu Amin. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews as well as many close friends and fellow colleagues.

She achieved a Registered Nurse Training from Catonsville Community Hospital in Maryland. She settled in Parkville, Maryland and worked at various hospitals in the Baltimore, Maryland area. She was employed at University of Maryland Medical Center. Her longest and most enduring work place was at St. Joseph Hospital in Towson, Maryland. She practiced for 40 years as a Registered Nurse and retired in December 2024. She was a compassionate, patient, skillful, and caring nurse throughout her long career. She had many close friends, colleagues, and family members who will miss her very much.

Varsha liked to Travel and maintain close relationships with her family, friends and fellow employees.

SHE WILL BE MUCH MISSED BY ALL WHO KNEW AND LOVED HER THROUGHOUT HER LIFE.

A visitation for Varsha will be held Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093.

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley Inc..
