Bill is survived by his wife, Celeste Kramer; parents, Ralph and Mary Kramer;
sisters, Joan Abouameds and Kathy Swartz; brother, Robert Kramer; sister-in-law, Theresa Kramer
and many nieces and nephews.
At William’s request there will be no services held, in lieu of flowers,
the family would appreciate any contributions to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
