He was born April 12, 1952 in Maysville.
He was a supervisor at Phillip Morris Tobacco Company.
He is survived by his wife, Carla Sapp; three children, David (Carol) Sapp, Bobby (Tina) Sapp and Jimmy Sapp; several grandchildren, Dylan (Cherokee) Sapp, Ashlee Atherton, Kaylee Sapp (Brandon McCann), Britney Sapp (Wesley Reddik), Summer Sapp, Laci Burns, Darian Herb, Donavan Herb; and two great-grandchildren, Logan Kabler and Loivia Grace Reddik.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Hickory Grove Church at Tollesboro.
