Charles Ray Collins of Tonopah Az passed away on July 17, 2019 in Goodyear Az. at the age of 76. He was born in Two Buttes, Co. April 28, 1943 to David and Gertrude Collins. He is survived by his wife Doris Collins.
A memorial service will be held at Willamett Memorial Park, Albany Or. on September 09, 2019 @ 2:00 pm.
