In the early morning hours of Sunday, October 24, 2021, David Dino Aros, of Surprise, Arizona, quietly slipped away and into the arms of our dear Lord, Jesus Christ and those that passed before him. Born on December 10, 1969, to parents David V. Aros (Tillie) and Olga Aros in Phoenix, Arizona.
Survived by his beloved wife, Monique Aros and his 3 little girls, Piper, Taylor and Winter. Also, survived by his parents, brothers Javier Aros (Maria), Daniel Bobian (Monica), Fred Jimenez (Dee), and sister Stephanie Aros, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Waiting to greet him are, paternal grandparents, Frank & Sally Aros, maternal grandparents, Jesus & Salome (Mena) Carrasco, brothers Orlando Aros, & Daniel Hernandez-Aros, as well as many close & dear Aunts & Uncles.
An Arizona native, David grew up and attended Tolleson schools, graduating from Tolleson Union High School in 1989. He attended and played football at Glendale Community College and University of Northern Colorado. David loved playing and coaching sports and was a diehard ASU & Minnesota Vikings fan.
He married Monique Fernandez, September 21, 2012 and was blessed with his three little girls, the youngest just being born October 18, 2021. They were his greatest joy & he loved every minute he got to spend with his family, going on adventures with them, teaching them new things, and giving & receiving all the love they shared together. He was very involved in his girls’ activities, including coaching them in T ball & soccer. Anyone who knew David, knows that his daughters were his life. He loved being a husband & especially, a Dad. His Facebook tagline says it all: “There are these little girls who stole my heart & they call me Daddy”. His face would light up whenever he was asked about what his girls were up to & loved to relate all they had done and said. His devotion to his girls was inspirational.
David was a health insurance claims manager at AMPS in the Phoenix office, where he enjoyed assisting members and being their advocate.
David was an informal kind of guy & would want anyone attending his services to wear their favorite teams’ shirts. (We all know it’s ASU, right?)
