Jose M. Perez Jr., age 25, of Phoenix, Arizona joined his loved ones in heaven on August 16, 2015. He was born in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico on August 6, 1990. Jose is survived by his son Jayden, his parents Jose and Narda, his brothers Jorge and Gerardo, his grand-mother Juana, plus many more family members and friends. Jose was preceded in death by his grand-father George, his uncle Miguel, and baby sister Narda. Services are private
