

He was a devoted Husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family.
Manuel was born in the small town of San Pedro de la Cueva in Sonora, Mexico, to his loving parents, Manuel “El Batuco” and Magdalena Figueroa. He carried the traditions of his hometown throughout his life, always embracing the values of hard work, family, and community.
Manuel was a firm but generous man, always guiding his family with a strong hand and a loving heart. He is proceed by his wife Helen and son Benjamin and survived by his children: Gabriel, Mario, Manuel III, MaryHelen, Leticia, and Andrea. He also leaves behind 21 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and his beloved siblings: Refugio, Ernesto, Fernando, Bernardo, Mauricio, Juan Pedro, Miguel, and Jesusita.
Manuel found joy in life’s simple pleasures, whether singing corridos and rancheras with passion or making burritos to share with family and friends. His love for music and cooking brought people together, creating lasting memories filled with laughter.
Manuel’s legacy of love, strength,
and hard work will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
A visitation for Manuel will be held Friday, March 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM with Funeral Service
at 11 AM at Advantage Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 West Van Buren St, Tolleson, AZ 85353.
