She is survived by her husband, Virgil; two sons, Garen Louis
and Joanna Luckey, Jr. of Toms River and Virgil Dowtin III of Jackson; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be offered at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services on Monday, March 2, 2015 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
A private cremation has been entrusted to Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services.
