Andrea Marcy Paris, formerly Schulman, passed away on May 28, 2020 in Toms River, NJ at the age of 63. Andrea is survived by her husband of 37 years Michael Paris and their daughters, Julie and Jenna; and sisters, Robin (Dr. Alex) Rosen and Heidi (Fred) Stein; and nieces and nephews.
Andrea grew up spending summers with her family at one of her favorite places, Bradley Beach. She enjoyed cooking, being a cozy home crafter, traveling as well as cruising with her family, dining out with her husband Michael, family, and friends. Andrea was a slot machine guru in Atlantic City. She enjoyed going to many holiday and super bowl parties with her best friends, always showing up to a party with a pot of her famous meatballs in hand. Andrea loved being around her friends and family; inspiring them to reach for their dreams and to achieve their lifetime goals.
Andrea graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Pharmacy. She was a well respected, registered pharmacist that worked at Pathmark for 35 years and was always available to counsel patients and assist coworkers. Andrea loved her career, family, and friends and had a gift for uplifting others and was always there to lend a helping hand.
Andrea courageously battled metastatic breast cancer for 8 years which allowed her to spend more time with her family and friends. She never quit, especially when times became very difficult, because she wanted to stay and experience her life with her loved ones as long as she could. It will be nearly impossible to experience a world without Andrea Paris in it. She was a beautiful light in a dark room that always provided love and guidance. Andrea Paris will be sorely missed by all… family, friends, coworkers, and patients.
