Born in Paterson, NJ, he lived in West Paterson and Fairfield before moving to Toms River, NJ in 1989.
Andrew proudly served in the Navy. He was a CB and was employed by the Paterson Sheriff's department. He was a member of the PBA Association and the honor Legion.
He is predeceased by his mother; his father; and his brother; as well as his wife of 62 years, Camille.
Andrew is survived by his daughters, Judith Ann and Laura Ann; his son-in-law, Gary Worthington; his sister, Joan Shaffer; his niece, Sheralee; his brother-in-law, Frank Monte and his wife, Natalia; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Mass will be offered on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 12:00 pm at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Township, Toms River, NJ.
