Aunt Arline opened my eyes to the Maskas family history. A true teacher at heart, helping others to understand. May she rest peacefully.

Doreen and Carla,

Your Mother was a rare and beautiful soul. I feel so blessed to have known her. I have always admired her caring, selfless nature and how when she smiled, which was frequently, her entire face would light up!
She indeed was a special woman. Your Mom will always be with you.

I attended Arline's card making class at the Lakewood Community School for three years. She taught me many different techniques for card making, and to this day I still make all my cards for family and friends. I enjoyed her class tremendously, and I will never forget her, and what a great teacher she was. My sincere condolences to her family.

Doreen and Carla, I am so sorry for your loss. I was just in Jersey last week visiting mom and she shared a story with me about your mom. She told me that when we moved into the house it was Halloween night in 1967 I believe. She said your mom came over and invited all of us for dinner saying that she must be exhausted from moving and that you all had plenty of food. We all came over for dinner. You parents were both such kind lovely people. I’m glad I got to see your mom again at my mom’s party. My prayers go out to you and your family.
