Audrey A. O'Neill

Audrey A. O’Neill, 86, of Toms River, NJ, passed away peacefully on January 29th, 2019, at Rose Garden Assisted Living in Toms River. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, raised in Staten Island, NY, and moved to Farmingdale, NJ, in 1960 before relocating to Toms River in 1970. Audrey graduated Georgian Court University in 1979 with a Master Degree. She was a Reading Specialist Teacher for Howell Township Schools for 26 years and worked on the Child Study Team. Audrey was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in Toms River since 1970 and served as a Eucharistic Minister. She was an avid reader and loved to travel. Her favorite way to spend time was to be with her family.

Audrey was predeceased by her beloved husband John T. O’Neill in 1968, her son Michael in 1979, and son Patrick in 2011. She is survived by her loving children: Mark E. O’Neill, John T. O’Neill, Maureen O’Neill-Fox, and Eileen O’Neill-Moore; and six grandchildren: Keanan, Sean, Liam, Brendan, Sofia and Maira.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 2nd, from 8:30 AM until 9:30 AM, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ 08753. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM on Saturday at St. Joseph Church, Hooper Avenue in Toms River. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Toms River.
