Charles Anderson

Born in Jacksonville, North Carolina, Chuck later moved to New Jersey and lived in Clementon, Waretown, Lakewood, Ortley and Beachwood before settling down in the Whiting area over 7 years ago. He was a truck driver for JB Hunt Transportation Inc. in Cranbury and was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in Roebling and a former vestry member for the Christ Episcopal Church in Toms River. In his free time he loved to fish, cook, enjoy time with his family and friends and cheer for the San Diego Chargers.

Charles was predeceased by his mother Blanche Anderson (nee McFee) and his brother Stephen Anderson. Surviving is his loving wife of 25 years, Michelle Anderson (nee Sierchio); children Charli-Marie Anderson, Paul Anderson, Toni-Rose Sargent and her husband Christopher and step-son Jason Sierchio; grandchildren Michael Sargent and Anthony Sargent as well as Charles's father Steve Anderson.

All who knew him would say that he is one of those people that just leaves a lasting impression and you can't help but walk away a better human being.

Cremation was private and entrusted to Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. There will be a memorial service 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Christ Episcopal Church in Toms River.
