She was 96 years old.
Born in Orange NJ, she lived there many years before retiring to Toms
River 33 years ago.
She, along with her late husband Ernest, was the owner/operator of DiRocco's Tavern, in Orange.
She was also a member of the Seaside Italian American Club.
Edith was predeceased by her husband, Ernest in 2008.
Surviving are her children, Judith Millman, Patricia Di Rocco Worobij and her husband Michael, and Ernest A. DiRocco and his wife Susan; 4 grandchildren, Kristie, Jennifer, Lisa, and Ashley, and 2 great granddaughters, Cassie and Alyssa.
Visitation will be 3-7 on Wednesday, September 16 at HORIZON FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River with a funeral service beginning at 6:30 PM.
Interment will take place on Thursday, at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover at 12:30PM.
