Florence M. Robertson

Florence M. Roberston, age 83, of Toms River, NJ passed away at Spring Oak at Forked River in Lanoka Harbor on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025. Born in Paterson, NJ, she lived in Hackensack, NJ, before moving to Toms River, NJ.

Florence was the youngest of five children born to Philamena and Ottavio Lippolis from Paterson, NJ. Florence worked as a secretary in the banking industry in her early years. She later married her husband who was a Vietnam veteran and was a devoted wife. She loved to help out her family. She was a caretaker for family members a few times in her life. She was a very sweet and caring individual and loved by all her family and everyone who knew her. She enjoyed cooking and became quite accomplished at it.

She is predeceased by her husband Harold Robertson; her sister, Rose Lippolis of Clifton, NJ; her brother, Steven Lippolis of Toms River, NJ; and her parents Philamena and Ottavio Lippolis of Paterson, NJ.

Florence is survived by her brother, Angelo Lippolis of Clifton, NJ; her sister and brother-in-law, Pauline and Joseph Meyer of Barnegat, NJ; and several nieces and nephews.

Florence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A visitation will be held at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, located at 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755, on November 12, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

The committal service will take place at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562, on November 12, 2025, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
