Grace A. Smith, 47, of Toms River passed away Monday, February 3, 2014, surrounded by family at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Newark, Grace was a longtime resident of Toms River. She was employed as a cashier at Big Lots, Toms River for 9 years. Grace was a loving wife and mother who was devoted to her family. She was predeceased by her parents Francis and Beverley Kumitis. Surviving are her husband Kirk of 21 years of marriage; her children: Nicole, Ashley and Thomas; two brothers Robert and Russell Kumitis; and her brother-in-law Daniel Smith. She is also survived by a niece, two nephews and many cousins.
Visiting will take place at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, on Saturday, February 8th from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 pm until the funeral service at 8:30 p.m. Cremation will be private.
