

Born in Bayonne, she lived her entire life in that city until moving to Manchester in 2008.
As a young lady, Mrs. Young worked as a clipper at Maidenform in Bayonne, leaving to raise her family.
She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion, Post 129 of Toms River, and was previously an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Post 19 in Bayonne from 1968 to 2008.
She was a crossword enthusiast, loved to play bingo, and was a prolific write of poetry.
Her husband, George, died in 1989.
She is survived by her children, Thomas Young and his wife Carol of Tobyhanna, PA, Debra Noble and her husband Jim of Bayonne, and Janet Edinger and her husband Paul of Toms River; her grandchildren, Robert Young, Michael Masucci, and Olivia, George and David Edinger; her great-grandson, Michael; her sister-in-law, Beverly Kula; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 1-3 and 7-9 at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
Services will be held during the evening visitation.
Cremation will be private.
