In Loving Memory of Kathy 🤍🪽

I had the honor of working alongside Kathy for seven months at Jersey Shore Adult Day Center in Asbury Park, NJ (2023–2024). During that time, I served as an LPN under her leadership as the Director of Nursing. Working with Kathy was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career — I truly loved my job and the meaningful work we did together.

Kathy was not only an exceptional nurse and leader but also a compassionate mentor who inspired those around her. I learned so much from her and will continue to carry the lessons she taught me throughout my nursing career. I left to pursue my Registered Nursing degree, following in her footsteps, and will be graduating this December — a milestone I had hoped to share with her in person.

Beyond her dedication to her patients and staff, Kathy had a gentle heart for all living beings — especially animals. I’ll always cherish our coffee breaks and our shared love of Indian snacks and conversation. She was incredibly kind, generous, and understanding — the kind of person who made every day brighter.

This news is heartbreaking and deeply saddening. Kathy’s compassion, leadership, and warmth will be remembered always. Rest peacefully, Kathy 🤍🪽

I worked with Kathy at Jerseyshore nursing and we both shared the love for the Mets & Cowboys. As loyal as Kathy was to our let down teams, she was just as loyal to her clients. Kathy loved her "babies" and animals, and  was always putting others before herself. 
♡She will for sure be missed, may she rest in peace♡

Kathy was a Great Nurse and even Greater Friend! I knew the minute I met her, we were going to get along well. She was so devoted to her "Babies" and the clients at Jersey Shore Adult Day Care in Asbury Park and her pets 🐶🐺.She was compassionate, caring and fiercely protective of her clients.I am so happy I met her and I truly admired her and I will miss her so much.
She was a true sports fan and I hope in her honor that her Mets 🧡💙get into the playoffs this year and her Dallas Cowboys💙🤍🩶have a winning season.
To Kathy's family, I am truly sorry for your loss and I wish you all had more time    with her away from work.
