Lawrence Keith Goodrich, 62, of Whiting, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Fort Hood, Texas, he lived in Toms River before moving to Whiting in 2006. Larry was employed by Home Depot in Toms River for 16 years. He had a love and great passion for music; as a musician he enjoyed playing the guitar and the keyboard. Larry enjoyed cooking, the outdoors, carpentry and spending time with his cherished family. He also served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He was predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Clea Goodrich and his grandson Jamir Chase. Surviving are his children Anthony Galloway, Lawrence K. Goodrich Jr., Lisa Bray and her husband Michael, Serena Goodrich and Amy Zigarski; his sisters Wilma Fletcher and Brenda Davis; his brother Myron Stroham; and many grandchildren, including Jada Goodrich and Jamel Chase.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St. Toms River. Cremation is private. Condolences may be made by visiting www.andersonandcampbell.com.
