

Lois Ann Rinaldi Joyce, aged 63, of Jackson, NJ, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2024. Affectionately known as “LoLo”, she grew up in Lincroft, before settling in Jackson, with her beloved husband, John, over 30 years ago.
A creative soul, LoLo was known for her culinary magic and delectable desserts. She spent her early years as a waitress at Sal's Tavern in Red Bank, as well as the Pour House in Shrewsbury. She was a self-taught baker who illustrated her affection for family and friends through her delicious cakes, pies, and cookies. She also baked for numerous clients throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties before retiring.
LoLo was a lifelong fan of the Grateful Dead. Her infectious humor, story-telling, and ability to never forget a birthday made her a memorable presence in the lives of many. She enjoyed cruising in her classic cars with John, camping, attending concerts with loved ones, and game nights with family. She was a graduate of Middletown High School South.
LoLo was preceded in death by her father Samuel Rinaldi, mother Jane Rinaldi, and brother Stephen Rinaldi, all of Lincroft, NJ.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 32 years, John Joyce, Jr.; her beloved sister, Serena Adams and her husband, Chris of Middletown, NJ and their children, Logan, her godson, and Annabelle; her loving sisters- and brothers-in-law, Kathy and Bruce Graci of Monroe Township, NJ and their children Debbie, Bruce and Kelly; and Peggy and Rich Dunn of Millstone, NJ and their children Richie and Wendy; 14 great-nieces and nephews, many cousins, aunts and uncles who, though scattered across the country, remained close in her heart; And lastly, her cherished friends, who meant the world to her.
A celebration of LoLo’s life will be planned by the family at a future date.
