Manny “Chops” Gomes, 75 of Toms River, passed away peacefully at home on October 25, 2022.
Manny was a proud veteran. He served the United States Army and honorably completed five tours in Vietnam. In 1993, he married Debbie Gomes, and they built their life together in Toms River.
Chops always had a love for music and performing. He was a recent member at Albert Music Hall in Waretown NJ, where he shared his passion of entertaining others. He also enjoyed classic cars and riding motorcycles.
Manny leaves behind his wife, children, grandchildren, along with many friends. A visitation of family and friends will be held at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home at 703 Main St. Toms River NJ on Friday, October 28 from 4 to 7PM.
