Margaret Rose Francis

Margaret R. Francis, age 73, of Pine Beach, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015 at home. Born in Newark, she resided in Rutherford before coming to Pine Beach in 1969. She was employed with the Ocean County Board of Social Services as Head Administrative Assistant for 31 years before her retirement in 2005. Margaret loved to travel, going on cruises and was a doting grandmother.She is survived by her husband James Francis whom he has known for 57 years and been married for 52 years; her children James P. Francis and wife Colleen of Pine Beach and Susanne Fox and husband Joshua of Toms River and her sister Sally Ann Cullinane of Morristown. She is also survived by her two loving grandchildren Kaylee and Abigial and was anticipating the arrival of her third and grandchild. Visiting will take place Thursday, March 19, 2015, from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 PM at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St. Toms River. A mass to celebrate Margaret's life will be held Friday, 11:00 AM at St. Barnabas R.C. Church, 33 Woodland Rd. Bayville. Cremation will be private.
