Mark Todd Evans

Born and raised in Asbury Park, NJ, Mark's roots shaped his character and laid the foundation for his journey. He lived in various shore towns, leaving an imprint of his presence in Lakewood, Point Pleasant, Beachwood, and ultimately settling in Toms River.

Mark was a man of determination, owning Evans Air and Sons, and also serving the Jackson School District. Yet, beyond his professional pursuits, he found true joy in the simpler pleasures of life like casting his fishing line and eating a good meal. Mark brought laughter to all around him, but especially to himself.

He leaves behind the love of his life, Theresa Evans, their bond enduring the tests of time, offering solace and strength through every joy and hardship.

Mark's legacy lives on through his four children: Colin Evans, Adam Evans, Tynetha Williams, and Tyrell Evans and his four grandchildren: Calista, Nathan, Noah, and Donevan. 

Mark is predeceased by his father, Robert J. Evans and his brother, Matt J. Evans. 

Rest in peace, Mark, your laughter will echo in our hearts, and the love you shared will remain forever.

A memorial reception will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 1pm to 5pm at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, located at 1329 RT 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755.
