Mary Eileen Larkin

Eileen was born and raised in Kearny where she graduated from Kearny High School. She excelled academically while also playing Basketball, Soccer and Volleyball. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rutgers University in Newark. After graduation, she worked for a Laboratory in Newark. She lived in Middletown, New Jersey for almost twenty-five years before moving to Ocean County in 2012. Eileen enjoyed the many bus trips that she took with the Middletown Senior organization, especially to the Sight and Sound theater in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

She is pre-deceased by her parents, John T and Mary Larkin, her brother John G, her sister Grace Matyas, brother-in-law Frank Matyas and a great nephew Matthew Matyas. She is survived by her cousin Evelyn Augustine, three nephews, Kenneth Matyas (Deborah), Richard Matyas (Susan), Raymond Matyas and her niece Carol Matyas.

She is also survived by her two great nephews, Christopher Matyas and Thomas Matyas, her great niece Jennifer Curry (Scott) and two great-great nephews Ryan and Matthew Curry.
