

Matthew was born on July 15, 1984 in Neptune, New Jersey and raised in Toms River until 8 years ago when he moved to Pennsylvania. Matthew was baptized Catholic and received his First Holy Communion and Confirmation at St. Justin the Martyr Church in Toms River. He attended Toms River Schools and graduated from Toms River High School East. Matthew lived a simple life and loved to be outdoors. He had a natural talent for fishing and gardening. He even raised chickens as a boy. Matthew loved comedies, laughing and making others laugh. Matthew stayed young at heart, even at 33 years old he seemed more like a teenager. He was always out meeting people in the community, helping out anyone he could. Everyone who knows him says he had a heart of gold. Matthew is beloved by all.
Matthew is survived by his maternal mother Betty Roman and brother Victor Pagan. Also by his custodial parents Florence Kosich and Anthony Kosich; sister, Angela Circle and brother in law James Circle; Brother Chris Kosich and sister in law Jenny Kosich; and also Aunts, Uncles, cousins, niece and nephews, all of which will miss him terribly.
Visitation will be held at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River on Tuesday, October, 17 from 6pm to 9pm. A Memorial Mass will be held at 9am on Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 747 West Bay Ave., Barnegat. A Committal Service will be held at 11am at Ocean County Memorial Park, 1722 Silverton Road, Toms River.
