Matthew T. Scillitani, 42 of Bayville, NJ passed away at home on July 1, 2013. He was born in Rahway, lived in Carteret before moving to Bayville in 1979. Matthew was a graduate of Central Regional High School class of 1988 and graduated from DeVry Technical Institute and worked for Tdk-Lambda Americas, Inc. He loved spending time with his daughter, with their favorite places being Chili’s Restaurant and Ocean Lanes Bowling. He also had a love for music and tinkering with electronics.
He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Madeline Scillitani. He is survived by daughter Emma, at home, loving brother to Michael, Bayville, NJ, and sisters Michele Stern and her husband Steven, Bayville, NJ and Marlene Farrell and her husband Michael, Jackson, NJ. Also survived by one nephew Justin Farrell and two nieces Rachel Stern and Emily Farrell. Matthew had many relatives and friends who loved and cared for him.
Visiting will be held Sunday July 7, 4-8 PM at the Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ. Funeral service will be Monday, July 8 at 11:00AM at the Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park.
