Michael F. Kinsella, 64, of the Whiting section of Manchester Township passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at home. Born in Staten Island, he lived there until moving to Brick in 1984, and finally to Whiting.
Mr. Kinsella was a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service for over 41 years until retiring in 2014. He was a big fan of sports, was an avid New York Jets and Mets fan and was a fantasy football veteran. Most of all he was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle who placed family above all else.
He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Alice Kinsella, and is survived by his children, Kerrilynn Kinsella of Toms River, Kathryn Kinsella of Keene, NH, and Kevin Kinsella of Brick; his granddaughters, Brianna and Brooke; his brother, Arthur of Belford; and his nieces, Krysta and Jessica.
In lieu of flowers we are asking that a donation is made to the American Heart Association in memory of Michael Kinsella. Donations can be made on the AHA website at www.heart.org and clicking the “donate now” button.
Memorial visitation will be from 2-4pm on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
