

Born in Montclair, New Jersey, to Antoinette and William Thomas, Miriam was one of nine children in a close-knit family. She carried those values of love and devotion throughout her life.
Miriam was predeceased by her beloved husband, Roy Bonforte, with whom she shared over 50 years of marriage. She was also predeceased by her cherished daughter, Susan Dunn. She is survived by her dear sister, Judith Strollo, and her loyal brother-in-law, John Bonforte.
Miriam is lovingly remembered by her sons, Nicholas Migliaccio and his wife, Debbie, Blake Migliaccio and his wife, Marie; her seven beloved grandchildren, Sheena Martinez, Casey Dunn, Tara Valentine, Kyle Dunn, Nicholas Migliaccio, Samantha Segura, and Alexis Migliaccio; her former daughters-in-law, Maryann Migliaccio and Bunny DeGruttola; her former son-in-law, Kevin Dunn; and her seven cherished great-grandchildren, Eddie and Rhys Brazilian, Leah, Ava, and Noah Valentine, and Alina and Vayla Martinez.
Miriam had a dedicated career as a legal secretary and later an office manager in health care services. However, her two most revered titles were "Mom" and "Mimi".
Family was Miriam's greatest joy, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Miriam's passions were many. She found joy in sewing, knitting, and baking-always creating masterpieces with her hands and heart. She was also an avid reader, a pastime she cherished until the end. Those who were fortunate to know Miriam will remember her warmth, unwavering devotion to her family, and her ability to transform the ordinary into extraordinary.
