Raymond E. Garrison, age 93, of Toms River, NJ, passed away at Hampton Ridge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Toms River on March 12, 2021. Born in Chester, PA, he lived in Brooklyn, NY and Nutley, NJ before moving to Toms River in 1992.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corp where he achieved the rank of Private First Class.
After the service, Ray had a long career in industry culminating in his tenure as Plant Manager at H.B. Reed in Kearny, NJ.
Ray, when not spending time with his wife and family, enjoyed his time as an avid bowler and gardener and rooting on his beloved Philadelphia Eagles.
He was predeceased by his sisters, Dolores Garrison Massi and Doris Garrison Savastano and is survived by his wife, Antoinette (nee Martocci); a brother, Russell Garrison; daughters Patricia and Jacqueline Garrison and sons Raymond and James, five grandchildren and eight nieces and nephews.
Arrangements were entrusted to Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 W, Toms River, NJ.
