Stephen Lyon Crohn, (Born September 5, 1946) son of Janet Zuckerman and Richard Crohn, died on August 24, 2013. Stephen grew up in Dumont, NJ and then attended University of Wisconsin and Cooper Union Art Students League in NYC. He received his master's degree at NYU in Social Work. In addition to being a prolific painter and sculpture, he was an editor for Fodor’s, and a social worker in NYC where he lived. He touched many lives with his abounding love for humanity. He is survived by his sisters, Amy Crohn Santagata (Will), Carla Crohn Friedman (Stan), and Judith Bloom (Jay) as well as many nieces and nephews whom he loved. Graveside services will be held at the Congregation B'nai Israel cemetery, 1224 Whitty Road, Toms River, on August 28 at 11:30 am.
