Adriana de Leth

February 17, 1932 - December 16, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother on Tuesday, December 16th just two months shy of her 94th birthday.

Beloved wife of Gerhardus (predeceased 2019) of 63 years. Loving mother of Dawna (Glenn) and Jennifer (Keith). Cherished Oma of Kyla and Melody (Owen). She is predeceased by her brothers Cor and Bob, her sister Jopie, and is survived by her sister Willy.

Adriana was born to parents Henrietta van Beek (nee Spoor) and Barend van Beek on February 17, 1932 in Haarlem, Holland.

Adriana was the heartbeat of her family - strong, steady, and unbreakable. She met life’s challenges with strength and dignity. Never afraid to speak her mind, she was resilient and unwavering in her beliefs. She fiercely rallied for those she loved and brought warmth and comfort to all who were fortunate enough to know her.

The matriarch of her family and their guiding light, her spirit will live on in the many traditions she created, the roots she planted and the love she always gave so freely.

Adriana will be greatly missed by generations of family and friends, both here and in Holland.

A private cremation will take place on December 22nd. Details to follow for a celebration of life for close family and friends.
