TOFANO, Agata - Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Humber River Regional Hospital. She is reunited in heaven with Felice and sister Lucia. She will be sadly missed by her three daughters Silvana (Lou), Clara (Rolf), Rose (Peter) and her grandchildren Philippe, Rebecca, Zachary, Gwendolyn, Rolfi, Melanie, Jenna, Matthew, Mario, Catherine and Stephanie. Dear sister of lole (Mario), Antonietta (Panfillo) and Dominic (Sheila). Agata will be greatly missed by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Guests will be received at DELMORO FUNERAL HOME (61 Beverly Hills Dr., 416-249-4499) on Thursday, August 14th from 7-9 p.m. and on Friday, August 15th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 16th at St. Jude's Roman Catholic Church (3265 Weston Rd.) at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Mausoleum (4570 Yonge St.).
