She has been reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband José Fernando Gomes (passed away January 13, 2013) and their 2 infant Angels that were lost at birth.
Loving mother of José (Joanne), Lucy (Carmine Lombardi), Dave and Alice (Brent). Cherished Vavó to many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Alice will be dearly missed by all of her immediate family, extended family and friends in Ontario and in Portugal.
Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin) on Sunday, April 16th from 3pm-7pm.
The Funeral Mass will be on Monday, April 17th at 11am at St. Clare’s Parish, 1118 St. Clair Ave. W. PLEASE NOTE: On the morning of the Mass, we would ask that all friends go directly to the church allowing all of the family some private time prior to the service.
Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery, 1450 St. Clair Ave. W.
In lieu of flowers, the family have requested donations in Memory of Alice Gomes be made to the Alzheimer Society of Toronto.
