ANNA CARLETTI Our mother passed away peacefully at home, in her sleep, early in the morning of Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in her 100th year. Beloved wife of Gaetano Carletti for 72 years, who passed away on April 30, 2010. Loving mother to Carla Arnini (Armando) and Elizabeth Vici and her spouse Renato. Proud Nonna (Grandmother) to Gerry, William, Oscar, Debbie and their respective spouses – Teresa, Angie, Linda and Andrew. Cherished Bisnonna (Great Grandmother) to Amanda, Adriano, Vanessa, Natasha, Monique (Roberto), Simone, Lucas, Olivia and Zachary. Great, Great Grandmother to Julian.

Anna was born in Urbino, Pesaro, Italy. She came to Canada in 1956 with her daughters in tow to meet up with her husband, who had immigrated earlier to start a new life for his family in Toronto. Anna was a stay at home mom, taking care of her husband and daughters. She led a full life surrounded by family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Homes (www.jerrettfuneralhomes.ca) at 1141 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario, M6E 1B1, on Friday, January 26, 2017 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-9pm. The funeral mass will take place on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at St. Clare’s Roman Catholic Church at 10:00am, 1118 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario, M6E 3M6. Final resting place will be at Prospect Cemetery. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
