

Tony was born on January 24, 1949 in Marina di Gioiosa Ionica, Reggio Calabria to Vincenzo and Giuseppa.
After a brave fight with cancer, Tony, passed away peacefully in his 75th year on May 26th 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
Tony lived a life filled with love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to his wife Onorina, his predeceased son Joe (Patricia), his son Mauro (Tania) and his three wonderful grandchildren Antonio, Sebastian, and Joao Matteo.
Tony joins his parents, and his brothers Rocco Sr., Giuseppe, Alfredo, and Domenic and parents-in-law Marietta and Domenico Bruno. Tony will be missed by his sibling Maria (Enzo) and his many nieces, nephews, cousins, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, and friends.
Throughout his life, Tony demonstrated remarkable strength and resilience in the face of adversity. He approached every challenge with grace and courage, inspiring those around him to do the same.
Tony was a pillar in the Calabrese community and had a strong passion for helping those in need. His dedication to the church and faith knew no bounds. He also found fulfillment in cars, Formula 1 and his business. He enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, planting a yearly garden, enjoying a glass of his homemade wine and maintain his fig trees.
Visitations will be held on Wednesday May 29, 2024 at Delmoro Funeral Home, 61 Beverly Hills Drive, Toronto from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-9pm. A celebration of his life will take place on Thursday May 30, 2024, at St. Philip Neri Parish, 2100 Jane Street, North York at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Humber River Hospital volunteer association, in honor of his memory.
