Our sincere condolences to Sandra, Christopher, Rodney and family  Prior to her move to Toronto we enjoyed Barbara's company many times and shared her love of good music (and chilli pickle).

Sandra, Rodney and Chris.  The news of your Mother's passing is accompanied with sadness and reflection.  Business matters allowed my introduction to Barbara 15 years ago.  Upon our first meeting I found her to be a gracious, caring individual possessing wit, intelligence and a refreshing sense of humour.  Coupled with her personal openness and interest in myself and family I quickly viewed  her as more than a client.  She became a genuine friend.  Numerous meetings in Calgary and countless phone conversations with her upon her relocation to Mississauga finished with same effect. She made me feel good.  I will miss Barbara and she will always be in my memory

Rodney and family.  Please accept our deepest sympathies for the loss of Barbara.  I know that the love you shared will keep her in your hearts forever.  She will always be with you.

Notre famille se souvient de Mme Maxwell lors de l'anniversaire de Sandra à la Galerie Archambault de Lavaltrie.  Elle était très charmante et surtout pleine de vie.  Nous avons chanté de vieilles chansons françaises qu'elle entamait allègrement au piano.  Nous regrettons de ne pas l'avoir connue avant.  Cette journée demeure imprimée dans nos mémoires.  Toute notre affection et sincères condoléances à cette famille extraordinaire.

Sandy, we send our deepest sympathy to you and your brothers.  I met your mum only a couple of times long ago....she struck me as being a very spirited, fun-loving person, full of life (and music!).  We hope you will find peace in your heart at this difficult time.  Love, Brenda and Jude

I have very fond memories of your Mom when I lived in Calgary....the delicious food she and your Dad cooked for us (and all your cousins) every Sunday followed by tons of music, singing and dancing....fun times never to be forgotten! She will be greatly missed by Ed and myself. Please accept our deepest condolences Sandra, Chris and Rodney.

With my deepest sympathy to the family at this very difficult time. Although I didn't know your Mother personally I heard many loving stories of a strong remarkable woman.

The Saints will be marching in now that the choir is complete. Their gain is our loss, all of us. I will never forget Barbara spelling me while my mother was in hospital in Karachi, so that I could get to work. She as always there for everyone and I will miss her very much.

Although you loved her dearly you could not make her stay, a golden heart stopped beating hard working hands at rest, God broke your hearts to prove he only takes the best.
