Passed away peacefully on Monday, April 4, 2016 at the age of 73. Loving husband of the late Voola. Cherished Dad of Mary (Phil) and Steven (Alice). Proud Grandpa of Claire and Nicholas. Beloved brother of Helen, Marianne, Nancy, the Late Robert, and the Late Pat. Bert will be fondly remembered by his family and friends for his generosity, outgoing personality, and his great sense of humour. Friends may call the Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 10 am. Interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Donations in Memory of Bert may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or Toronto East General Hospital Foundation.
