Passed away peacefully at the age of 67 years on Monday, May 18, 2015 with family by his side. Loving husband to Helga for 47 wonderful years. Cherished father to Tania (Shawn), Nicole (Jim), Jeremy (Samantha), and Vanessa (Chris). Proud Poppa to Xana, Cooper, Maddie, Braydon, Luca, Raquel, Kaya, and Ayla. Blake will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by family and friends. Friends may visit the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough on Monday, May 25, 2015 for memorial visitation from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Life will take place on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 1 pm at Westview Presbyterian Church, 233 Westview Blvd., Toronto. In lieu of flowers, donations in Memory of Blake may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
