He was predeceased by his parents, Manuel and Stella, and now rejoins them in eternal life.
Carlos will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all who crossed his path and he was always the most genuine version of himself in every room he walked into. He lived his life with kindness, passion, and an unwavering love for family.
Carlos was at his happiest with a tool in hand, sharing stories from every walk of life he’s journeyed - which is many. As a lover of the outdoors, many of his most cherished days were spent camping, hiking, and building at the cottage for and surrounded by those he loved.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Carlos' memory.
