I am deeply heartbroken by the passing of my dear friend on March 8. Over the past six months, we shared countless conversations—often late into the night. He was more than just a friend; he was a brother to me.

He spoke so much about his family, especially his daughter, and his love for them was endless. He missed them deeply and often reflected on the times he wished he could have been with them more. I know in his heart, they were always with him.

Though we came from different backgrounds—me from India and him from the First Nations of Canada—we formed a bond that transcended all differences. He was kind, wise, and full of warmth. His words, "Love you, brother," will always stay with me.

My deepest condolences go out to his daughter and his family. I hope they find comfort in knowing how much he loved them and how much he was loved in return. His memory will always be a blessing.

Rest in peace, my brother.

Awe this was Thanksgiving 2011. Even though Clarence and Debbie were not together, they still always remained friend. Clarence and his brother Russel joined us to celebrate. What a beautiful day that was!

Clarence had nine kids all together with my sister Debbie. Five bio and four step. From left to right: Tyler, Kesha, Colby, Heather, Carla, Kona, Tash, Sheryl and Cory. Plus two not in picture with unknown by me.

Awe….when he was living with his two boys in his apartment. They may have had their ups and downs but at least he tried! Gotta give him credit for doing the best he could. Love this picture! You can just see he was so happy with his boys!

Oh Clarence while I sit here, the memories are flooding. Even though I only knew you for a few years I feel like i knew you all my life. You built a relationship with my family while you stayed with us and we will forever hold those memories. You and my dad would take off together and me and colby (being the kids) were the ones worrying about you two. Haha I'm glad you guys got along so well. I'm also glad that you were here when Amelia was born, you drove her to mountains and other provinces in 2 months time.  She won't remember but I will tell her she had an amazing mosum.
