You will remain forever in my  heart....Until we meet again.....

A chance meeting in a comic book store led to 20 years of friendship.  I think of Cam often, and am terribly saddened by his absence... more so each day as the permanence of this loss sets in.

I am a very close friend of your mom's and I feel as if I knew you....she spoke of you so often and with such love.    I know what a wonderful closeness you had with your mom.  We will take care of her for you.

I am heartbroken at the loss of my friend. So many wonderful moments, over so many years I have had the honour of knowing you - the bulk of my own life - it is hardly imaginable to me that you are gone. Your love of life, passion for ideas and commitment to your integrity - these things shone in you, for all to see, and all to take inspiration from. I will miss you deeply.

Cam, it's been a blessing to know you and to enjoy your feisty intellect, huge heart, profound sense of justice, mischievousness, and commitment to making a difference in this world. Keeping you in my heart always.

Cam - We hadn't seen each other in years but when I think back to our youth, my memories of you always brought a smile to my face.  I cannot believe you're gone. I will remember you fondly - the sarcasm, the passion, the intelligence. You will be missed my old friend.

Thank you, Cameron for so many years of friendship and great memories from so long ago.  I have always admired your tenacity, and I have been inspired by the great work you have done for others.  I am so deeply saddened to hear that you are no longer with us. My sincerest condolences to your family.

So sorry to discover this. We were always friends even in disagreement (which wasn't often) even if we drifted apart from time to time it was only temporary.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Cameron, we first met him at the Parkdale Village BIA when he volunteered for some of our events a few years back. It was clear that he was extremely passionate about his work and interests and we are forever grateful to have had the support of such an active community member.

I want to thank you so much for the unconditional kindness you shared with me during the short time I knew you. I am still inspired by your fiery passion for social justice - for all people to be recognized, respected, and loved  and I will carry this light with me. Yet I was also struck by your compassion and kindness, and your unique ability to see past the surface in each person, always searching for the beauty within. Thank you for believing in me. I miss you, and pray that you have found the eternal love and peace that you sought here on Earth.
