During the last 2 years of his life he has been cared for by a group of fine people, the most remarkable being Tenzin, Sherab, Ngwang and recently Tsering.
Bruce was a uniquely private person who was marvelously skilled, able to design and modify complicated instruments and equipment. In fact he was honoured by the University of Toronto in 1995 with the Chancellor’s Award of Excellence.
He was the son of Elizabeth and Edgar Johnson and has one remaining cousin Sandra Terry.
Friends may visit at the TRULL “NORTH TORONTO” FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 2704 Yonge St. (5 blocks south of Lawrence Ave.) on Thursday November 30 from 10-11 am. A funeral will be held following the visitation in the funeral home chapel at 11 am. A burial will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
