After a long and good life at the age of 94 it is of profound sadness that the family announces the passing our beloved mother Eleanor Spurrell on Monday, November 1, 2011 at Lakeridge Hospital Oshawa. Loving wife of the late William Spurrell, 1995. Beloved mother of Clyde (Rose), Ron (Judy),Bill (Florence), Patsy (Herb Husk), Tony (Eleanor), the late Ralph, 2008 (Cheryl), Jerry, Betty (Bob Judges), Bev (Craig Ness). Eleanor will also be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all of her 27 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by grandson Billy Spurrell. Family and friends will be received at Jerrett Funeral Home 660 Kennedy Rd. Scarborough 416-266-4404 on Sunday November 6, 2011 from 11am until time of service at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers donations in Eleanor’s memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Alzheimers Society.
