Eric Frimpong Peprah

Eric "Kojo" Frimpong Peprah, known affectionately as DaddyLife, passed away on December 19, 2023, leaving a legacy of boundless generosity and love. Born on June 10, 1972, in Techimantia, Ghana. He will be deeply missed by his family: his father, Nicholas Peprah; his mother, Comfort Peprah; and his siblings, Rose, Rita, Patrick, Prince, and Mark. They all shared a special love and connection with him.

Eric carried within him the warmth and spirit of his homeland throughout his life. He was a man with the biggest heart, a shining example of selfless giving, even in moments when he knew he was being taken advantage of, his nature to give unconditionally never wavered.

He embraced the way God made his heart – a giver, regardless of the intentions of the taker. In the coldest of temperatures, if it meant giving the last shirt off his back to someone in need, he would do so without a second thought. His actions were a testament to his unchangeable and compassionate character. Beyond his generosity, Eric was known as one of the best dancers to ever grace the earth. His movements were a celebration of life, filled with energy and joy. His carefree, loving, and non-judgmental nature made him a beloved figure in every circle he entered. He danced not just with his feet, but with his heart, spreading love and happiness wherever he went. His dancing wasn’t just a hobby, it was a way he shared happiness with others. He always said, "Don't worry about it," in tough times, showing his positive and caring attitude. He made people feel at ease and was always looking on the bright side of things.

In his early days, Eric's remarkable drive and work ethic were not just a part of his character but an inspiration to those around him. His spirit and determination ignited a similar fire in his siblings and others who had the privilege of watching him from afar. His legacy is not just in what he achieved, but also in the inspiration he provided to countless individuals.

Eric "Kojo" Frimpong Peprah, DaddyLife, leaves behind a world that is richer for his presence and poorer for his absence. His life was a beautiful journey of giving, loving, and dancing – a journey that will continue to inspire and live on in the hearts of those who knew him. Rest in peace, Eric. Your spirit and your dance will forever echo in the lives you've touched.

A visitation for Eric will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Jerrett Funeral Homes, 660 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON M1K2B5. A funeral service will occur Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 660 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON M1K2B5. A burial at resthaven cemetery will occur.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Eric's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
