Her kitchen was a sanctuary of delightful aromas and delectable flavors, where she prepared meals that brought family and friends together. Her famous pasta sauce, made from a cherished family recipe, was a highlight of every gathering, and her homemade lasagna was always the first to disappear.
Beyond her culinary talents, Erminia had a deep love for gardening. Her garden was a vibrant tapestry of colors, bursting with blooming flowers and an abundance of fresh vegetables. She found immense joy in tending to her plants, often sharing the fruits of her labor with neighbors and loved ones.
She was more than just a grandmother; she was the heart of her family. Her kindness and wisdom were guiding lights for her children and grandchildren. She taught them the importance of tradition, the value of hard work, and the simple pleasures of life. Her stories, laughter, and loving presence will be profoundly missed.
Erminia is survived by her children, Pat (Carm) and Bruno (Brenda); her grandchildren, Paul, Sonia, Julia, Vanessa, Mark, Adam, Sara, and Alex. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Lorenzo (1999) and has been reunited with her siblings; Pasquale, Rafael, Maria, Carmela, and Ninnela.
