Passed away suddenly on Thursday December 22, 2022 at the age of 94. Florence was born on October 5th 1928, in Besvina, Greece and immigrated to Toronto at the age of 8 with her Mother & Brother to join her father. Predeceased by her husband Evald, Parents Elias & Yordana, brother Vasil & Sister Petra.
Loving mother to John (Aurora), Terry, Lynda & Christine. Grandmother to Kathy, Erik (Andrea), Carolina (Justin), Matthew & Alfredo. Great-Grandmother to Armando, Stefano, Juliano & Vienna.
Florence worked a couple of jobs before she decided she wanted to care for people and become a nurse. She worked many years at Riverdale Hospital (aka- Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital) caring for the sick and elderly, and also worked at True Davidson Acres Long Term Care.
She was a gentle, loving and kind soul who will be missed by many.
