Frances Toussaint, known as Dadda, was born March 10th, 1958 in Portsmouth, Dominica. She was the wife to Cyriacus Joseph, and a sister to Grayment, Mignant, Josian, Josette, Rosilia, Vinia, Andrea, and Richard. She was also the aunt to many nieces and nephews. Frances was a faithful member of the Catholic Church. Frances brought warmth and joy to everyone she encountered, and her passing will be mourned deeply by everyone who knew and loved her. Frances' memory will remain in the hearts of her family, friends and all those who were honored to have had the privilege of knowing her.
